Cabinas Tropicales is a beautiful new hotel in the heart of Puerto Jimenez. There are currently 6 rooms which all have a private bathroom and air-conditioning. Ameneties also include free high speed internet wi-fi connection and free parking.
The hotel has a “family-feel” since the owner, Mark Corn, his son Lee, and the staff live on the Cabinas property… you’ll always have someone to talk to and answer your questions!
Cabinas Tropicales also has a beautiful rancho area & kitchen area, which is usable by all guests! The kitchen is fully equipped and you’ll be able to cook for yourself if you like, and have a cerveza in the hammock outside at night.
The garden is beautiful – enjoy the tropical plants and watch the hummingbirds and songbirds feed on fruit… while Scarlet Macaws fly over your head.

Cabinas Tropicales History
Cabinas Tropicales was constructed in the beginning of 2011 and finished in July 2011. Mark planned and lead the constructions and helped built the Cabinas from day one. Since the Cabinas where completed, Mark has had many visitors and long-term renters stay at Cabinas Tropicales. Mark also takes care of all the landscaping around the Cabinas. The hotel developed into a beautiful tropical paradise, where hummingirds and songbirds feed on the bird feeders and lizards and iguanas crawl on the ground.
